Boomdust

A fine grey powder that is highly explosive. It is made from by mixing guano and vitriol and soaking the result into cotton rags. The Frontier Trade Company currently has a monopoly on making boomdust, as it is only made in a single factory on Cottenhorn which guards the production method closely. The factory makes both loose powder for the navies of the FTC, and more specialized grenades, sapping charges and the like. It is highly illegal for civilians to own or use Boomdust.
