Council to receive Elvish Envoy

COVENANT The Iacarisi Ambassador in Covenant, Silvar Halasir, is set to meet with the Council today, in an inquest for answers about the recent attacks by elvish thugs across Estia and Cottenhorn.

An aide to a noble member of the Council, who wishes to remain anonymous, said to the Bulletin: "The Populists are out for blood. If they had their way we would have declared war a week ago."

Expect heavy congestion in the inner tier of the city today, as the security arrangements will be very tight. A platoon of Purple Legion soldiers arrived in the city yesterday, and are expected to assist the City Guard in their duties. Co. p. 2.
