Blink Boots

These boots are made from Blink Dog hide that has been specially tanned to maintain its magical properties. While you wear these boots, as part of your movement on your turn you can teleport 10 feet to an unoccupied space you can see (this does not use any additional movement). You can only do this once per turn, and only a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus times per long rest.
