Feathered Minstrel's Hat

A large poofy hat made from white and black cloth, with a fancy eagle feather in the brim. While wearing this hat, you learn the Thaumaturgy and Vicious Mockery cantrips, and Vicious Mockery deals half damage if the target succeeds on their save (but does not apply the additional effect). You can also cast Calm Emotions once per long rest using the hat.
