Sacrificial Blade

A weapon imbued with profane rites of sacrifice. The blade is made from poisonwood, a rare wood that is hard as steel but much lighter. The hilt is inlaid with ornate silver filigree and fits snugly in the hand. A sphere of black onyx is mounted in the pommel.

You gain a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magical weapon. Reducing a creature to 0 hit points with an attack from this weapon grants you temporary hit points equal to your level. While you have these hit points, attacks with the blade deal additional necrotic damage equal to your proficiency bonus.
