Wormhole Arrow

An ashen shaft topped with a clear quartz crystal arrowhead and fletchings made from eagle feathers.

If you hit a creature with this arrow, the attack deals an extra 14 (4d6) force damage. Alternatively, you can fire it at a location within your weapon's range to silently teleport to the impact site (it does not deal damage when used in this way).

Once used, the arrow disappears into another plane of existence.
