Legendary Resistance (2/day): If Ragatha fails a saving throw, she can choose to succeed instead.
Wicker Protection: Ragatha ignores difficult terrain and adverse effects from plants.
Regeneration: If Ragatha has not taken fire damage since the start of her last turn, she regains 20 hit points. Ragatha only dies if she starts her turn and does not regenerate.
Deathwail: If Ragatha dies, each creature within 60 feet of her must make a DC 17 Charisma saving throw. Creatures who fail their save are cursed and have disadvantage on saving throws until they finish a short rest. If a creature fails the save by more than 5, the curse lasts until their next long rest.
Actions
Multiattack: Ragatha can make two attacks. She can replace one of the attacks with a spell or Illusory Images.
Wicker-whip: Melee weapon attack: +9 to hit, reach 10ft, one target. Hit: 11 (2d6+4) slashing damage. The target must also make a DC 17 Strength saving throw or be Restrained until the end of their next turn by vines lashed around their feet.
Wicker Blast: Ranged spell attack: +9 to hit, reach 120ft, one target. Hit: 9 (1d10+4) piercing damage, and the target is pulled 10 ft towards Ragatha.
Illusory Images (recharge 5-6): The hag summons three copies of herself within 60 feet, switching places with one of them at random. Each copy has 1hp and her attacks and spells can originate from any image.
Legendary Actions
