Hydrium Flare

A small hexagonal tube covered in waterproof waxcloth, these are often carried by FTC ships to signal distress in an emergency. As an action, you can ignite the flare, giving you the effects of the Skyflare spell. The color of the flare is determined by additives when it is manufactured, most commonly white, red, or green.
