Valkyrie Warhorn
A warhorn with silver edge-banding and carved with ornate runes and scrollwork. It produces a pure clarion tone when blown. Horns such as this one are carried by valkyries, winged heralds of the gods who carry the dead to the afterlife.
While the horn is on your person, you have advantage on initiative rolls. In addition, you and any of your companions within 60 feet of you can't be surprised, except when incapacitated by something other than non-magical sleep. If combat breaks out when you are sleeping naturally, the horn blares, waking you and your companions within 60 feet.
Once per long rest, you can use a bonus action to blow the horn, encouraging your allies. Up to 10 creatures of your choice within 120 feet that can hear you gain 14 (4d6) temporary hit points, and have advantage on their next attack roll, saving throw, or ability check.
You can also use an action to blow the horn as a signal. This sound can only be heard by a single creature of your choice that is within 600 feet and is not deafened. No other creature can hear the sound.
