You create sentient life from nothing, infusing an essence with a mind of its own.
When you begin casting the spell, an infant humanoid body forms around the essence, and over the course of the spell's casting time, you magically guide it through the initial stages of its life. You can choose the race, gender, and appearance of the creature, and you can make the creature between 1 and 30 years old.
When you finish casting the spell, roll 14 (4d6h3) six times and assign the values as the creature's ability scores, in any order. If the creature is atleast 15 years old, you can also give it 5 (2d4) class levels. The creature has its own free will and might be loyal to you or not, depending on how you treat it and what information you choose to reveal to it.
Alternatively, you can transfer your own consciousness into the new body, retaining your abilities, memories, and knowledge. When you do this, your old body withers to dust.
